FTC HR Business Partner Immediately Required
Our client, a well-respected NHS organisation in Wiltshire, is looking for a HR Business Partner to come on board on a temporary basis for an initial 8-month FTC to lead a TUPE project.
Location: Wiltshire (Hybrid Remote 2 days onsite) (multi-site)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
Length of Contract: 8 Months FTC
Salary: £43,742 (Pro-rata)

Day to Day Duties:
- Act as the lead on TUPE project for the whole organisation working alongside the HR team for support and focussing on change
- Support the management and progress of complex employee relations cases, giving complex risk-based advice based on employment legislation, organisational precedent and best practice approaches.
- To oversee the management of Employee Relations cases within the organisation, as managed by the HR Advisors, monitoring volume and quality of Employee Relations activity against agreed performance indicators.
- Lead on allocated HR projects, aligned to the Workforce Strategy, ensuring there full implementation and evaluation. This will involve working in partnership with HR colleagues, corporate partners and on occasions, external stakeholders and chairing or attending associated project meetings. Projects under this remit include, but are not limited to, Health and Wellbeing, Equality and Diversity, Staff Engagement and Organisational Development initiatives.
- Support the continued development of the HR operations service, including review, improvement and redesign initiatives relating to HR processes, practice and procedures, in response to service needs, trends, legislation changes or best practice developments
Essential Skills:
