IFA Administration Manager - National Wealth Management Firm
Location: Harrogate (Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days from home)
Salary: Up to £55,000 + Excellent Benefits

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Client Support Manager to join the Harrogate office of a leading national wealth management firm. This leadership role is ideal for someone with a strong background in financial planning and a passion for team development and operational excellence.

About the Role

As Client Support Manager, you'll lead a team of 4-5 professionals, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring high standards of client service delivery. You'll be responsible for coaching, performance management, and ensuring processes align with regulatory standards and business goals. This is a pivotal role that sits at the heart of the client journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a team of client support administrators
  • Conduct regular 1-2-1s, performance reviews, and development planning
  • Oversee workflow management, resource allocation, and service quality
  • Act as an escalation point for complex queries or issues
  • Work closely with Advisers, Paraplanners, and management to improve operational efficiency
  • Ensure all work is compliant and aligned with industry regulations

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience managing a team within a financial planning or wealth management environment
  • Confident conducting 1-2-1s, appraisals, and leading team meetings
  • Strong understanding of financial planning processes, platforms, and client servicing
  • Excellent organisational, people management, and communication skills
  • A natural leader who is both hands-on and strategic in their approach
