Due to growth of the business, they are looking for a motivated Graduate Project Administrator to join their team.
As a Graduate Project Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the project team in various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in a project administration role and develop a broad range of skills in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Assist the project team with all administration tasks related to inputting orders.
- Reactive Service Calls: Provide administrative support for reactive service calls, including liaising with clients, colleagues, and subcontractors.
- Resource Monitoring: Help monitor resource utilisation and assist in allocating suitable resources to projects.
- Timesheet Management: Collate and manage timesheets for project team members.
- Communication: Assist and support Engineers and Subcontractors through telephone, email, and face-to-face communication.
- Documentation: Ensure all required project close-out documents are obtained and filed appropriately.
- Data Management: Manage details of incoming customer interim systems and update actions as necessary.
- Progress Tracking: Track and report on overall project progress.
- Order Processing: Handle the processing of orders and provide administration support for the sales department.
