Supplier Performance / Third Party Risk Specialist
Salary: up to £60K + discretionary bonus + Pension + Private Medical + life assurance + 28 days holiday
Location: Manchester - 2 days per week in office
My client is looking for a passionate and strategic Supplier Performance / Third Party Risk Specialist to join their team. This is your chance to drive continuous improvement and implement best practices in Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with operational stakeholders to manage and develop suppliers at an appropriate level, following the supplier management framework and regulatory expectations.
- Consistently conduct supplier management, ensuring supplier reviews are completed and suppliers are assessed and developed in areas such as innovation, assurance, service excellence, and value potential.
- Complete supplier due diligence in line with the supplier management framework, assessing and reporting any issues and risks to business stakeholders.
- Manage and monitor supplier performance, working with operational stakeholders and suppliers to facilitate improvements when necessary.
- Support the Group in developing and enhancing the supplier management framework by providing technical expertise and insight.
- Stay informed about regulatory developments and industry best practices to ensure the Group remains compliant.
Requirements:
- Experience in supplier management and risk mitigation.
- Strong understanding of third-party risk management frameworks.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong reporting skills.
