Salary: £38,810 per annum plus benefits
Hours: 35 hours per week on a roster from Monday to Sunday
We are currently seeking a Visitor Operations Manager - Logistics and Planning, to join our Visitor Engagement team in one of the most iconic buildings in the world, St Paul's Cathedral.
In this role, you will be responsible for inspiring, motivating and coaching the Visitor Operations team to deliver visitor operations to the highest standards.
In particular, you will be responsible for:
- leading on the planning and generation of operational and event rotas
- managing timesheets
- managing all data in relation to staff attendance, absence and timekeeping
- developing departmental administration systems, policies and procedures
The successful applicant will have experience of:
- delivering effective operational visitor experience, preferably within an arts, heritage or visitor attraction
- supervising, line managing and coaching teams of operational staff
- producing, coordinating and managing complex rosters for large teams
- complex administrative responsibilities, often working under pressure, meeting tight deadlines
- delivering the operational aspects of events
- developing or implementing new ways of working and engaging staff in new systems and processes
The successful applicant will also be expected to share in St Paul's Cathedral's commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.

Please note that the Cathedral is open 365 days per year, therefore, the rota includes weekend and bank holiday working.
