Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities:
- Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategies to generate new business and expand market presence.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Drive the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Responsible for logging all activity on Sales CRM system and owning responsibility for co-ordinating and conducting new business meetings across all sectors.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
- Provide insights and recommendations for strategic planning.
Proposal Development:
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions.
Networking and Partnerships:
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build a network of contacts and generate new business leads.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline. Prepare regular reports and updates for management.
