Fire Safety Inspector

£21 - £27.61 per hour

Sellick Partnership Ltd are currently recruiting for a Fire Safety Inspector to join one of our Manchester based clients on a temporary ongoing contract
Daily duties of the Fire Safety Inspector may include:
- Carrying out routine inspections on the client's property portfolio
- Assisting the Fire Manager and Compliance Team to co-ordinate customer safety maintenance to meet legal requirements in regard to Fire Safety
- Supporting the Fire Manager with projects across the client's property portfolio
- Liaising with customers and residents regarding their concerns and updating them on the activities taking place
- Assisting specialist contractors in gaining access to properties, customer communications and maintaining records of access arrangements
Essential experience of the Fire Safety Inspector:
- Possesses or working towards relevant professional qualification/membership
- Managing Safely IOSH
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of Building Safety and Compliance
- Previous experience working within Social Housing (desirable)
