Join our client, a reputable independent brokerage, as a Commercial Insurance Account Manager/Junior Account Executive. Are you ready to advise businesses on managing risk, provide solutions, and handle commercial insurance portfolios for companies with turnovers of at least £2 million?
In this role, you'll start as an Account Manager, supporting Account Executives, with the potential to progress to a Trainee Account Executive position. To succeed, you must demonstrate diligence, ethics, reliability, and a positive attitude, along with a willingness to undertake CII exams (fully covered by the client).
As an Account Executive, you'll engage in a range of responsibilities, including visiting clients, assessing risks, designing insurance portfolios, and collaborating with underwriters. It's anticipated that it will take a minimum of 2/3 years as an Account Manager to gain the necessary knowledge, experience, and ACII qualification before advancing to a Trainee Account Executive role.
Minimum requirements include 2 years of general insurance experience or a 2.1 degree (or equivalent qualification), or a clear path to achieving such qualifications.
