Our client is an established and successful high volume manufacturing company based in Newton Aycliffe. They are currently looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. The Job You'll be Doing;
- Collate, maintain and distribute global reporting documents in line with the corporate business calendar:
- Coordinate with the team to prepare data and presentations for monthly commercial committee and commercial reviews
- Office Management, including orders and administration, keeping the team diary
- Support Sales Teams with claims management, tracking commercial issues and budget and travel administration
About You;
- Proficient in the use of Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Microsoft Office
- Highly organised and motivated, considered as a 'self-starter'
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Confident and outgoing
- Competent and confident in managing data
- Able to work flexibly
