£13.81 P/H (£26,929.50 P/A)

Hours:
full-time hours, 37.5 between Monday-Sunday
The duties of a Key Holder will include:
- Greeting customers with a friendly attitude, offering them product advice and assisting with their purchase.
- Recording performance figures and liaising with management.
- Implementing advertising and promotional activities.
- Opening and closing the store, following safety procedures.
- Cashing up at the end of the shift and reporting end of day figures.
- Handling visual merchandising tasks and ensuring all stock is displayed well, clearly and safely.
- Acting in as management in the absence of senior staff members.
Experience needed:
- Advanced customer service is essential, this can be from retail or hospitality backgrounds.
- You'll need to be enthusiastic, passionate and hardworking.
- Strong PC skills are essential, as is the ability to work well under pressure and take pride in exceeding customer expectations.
