Day-to-day of the role:
- Assist in the recruitment of landlords to expand the available housing options.
- Manage interactions with customers, including property viewings and signing up for properties.
- Liaise with private landlords and some estate agents to secure housing solutions.
- Conduct ongoing housing management tasks with current council tenants.
- Ensure all activities are carried out with high communication standards and professionalism.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Experience in housing, homelessness services, or working with vulnerable groups is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience dealing with private landlords and estate agents is advantageous.
