Marketing Production Specialist

Are you passionate about driving impactful marketing campaigns in the financial services industry? Devonshire is working with an investment management firm to help them find their first Marketing Production Specialist in the UK.

As the Marketing Product Manager, you will play a key part in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns for their investment solutions, targeting both institutional and global wealth audiences.

This role is part of a global marketing team, and you will all work in close collaboration.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate and manage the campaign calendar, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Support the implementation of comprehensive multichannel marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to create compelling marketing materials.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
  • Analyse campaign performance using key metrics and identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Work closely with teams across the firm to ensure campaign alignment.
  • Maintain brand standards and oversee creative approvals.
  • Present detailed campaign performance reports to senior leadership.

What We're Looking For:

  • A Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, communications.
  • A wealth of product marketing experience, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • A strong interest in alternative investment products.
  • Experience in managing and executing multichannel marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A track record of success in strategic marketing.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with familiarity in Salesforce and Pardot being a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A results-driven mindset with high accountability for your work.

This is a hybrid role, working three days in the office in London and the rest from home. During the training period, the expectation is for you to be in the office 5 days a week.
