Hybrid working available - 3 days in the office each week

Due to location of the office you must be a driver with access to a vehicle

We are recruiting a Data Entry Coordinator for our client. This is a well-established client with many benefits for employees and plenty of opportunities for future progression.

The main purpose of this role is to accurately process orders and provide customers with certificates.

Key responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter details onto the system for certification
  • Perform quality checks of certificates and materials
  • Administration of incoming post
  • Deal with customer enquiries
  • Despatch of stock, maintain accurate records

Knowledge/Skills required:

  • Good Microsoft Office skills, Word and Excel
  • Experience of processing orders accurately
  • Experience liaising with customers over the phone and via email
  • Warehouse experience (desirable)
