Mechanical & Electrical Services Manager

The main purpose of the Mechanical and Electrical Services Manager is to be responsible for all M&E Assets, infrastructure and associated service management across the West Mercia Police and Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Estates, coordinating and directing the M&E team and supply chain to deliver compliant and fully operational facilities.

The role will act as technical support to the regional FM team and in return the regional FM team will support in confirming planned maintenance and resulting remedial activity via CAFM has been completed to the required standard maintaining statutory compliance, business criticality and industry best practice.

This position is the custodian and protector of standards for all building assets, infrastructure and M&E equipment across the portfolio including a strategic approach to planned and reactive tasks to achieve these standards.
