About the Role: This school is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Cover Manager to join their vibrant educational setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the cover provision across the school, ensuring that all classes have high-quality teaching and learning continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily cover arrangements and communicate effectively with staff and students.
- Maintain high standards of teaching and learning in the absence of regular teachers.
- Develop and manage a team of cover supervisors and support staff.
- Liaise with department heads to ensure curriculum coverage and student progress.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of cover lessons.
