Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential prospects within the target market, such as posh pet shops, charity shops, and dog-friendly businesses.
  • Qualify leads based on criteria including business alignment, customer demographics, and geographical location.
  • Initiate compelling and strategic outreach campaigns via telephone and written communication to engage and convert leads.
  • Customise communication strategies to resonate with the unique needs and values of each prospect, showcasing the benefits of the Dog Treats.
  • Nurture relationships with existing retail partners, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Implement effective strategies to encourage repeat sales, including promotions, incentives, and personalized customer engagement.
  • Work closely with the team to plan, execute, and evaluate future projects aimed at expanding the market presence.
  • Participate in in-person visits to prospects, fostering strong business relationships and understanding the specific needs of each partner.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning for the expansion into major retail chains, aligning initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Maintain detailed records of prospect interactions, conversions, and customer feedback.
  • Provide regular reports on outreach effectiveness, sales performance, and customer satisfaction, offering insights for continuous improvement.
