ADM Agriculture operates from locations throughout England and offers a people-based quality service to farmers and consumers. As well as providing an integrated supply chain to ADM's UK assets in milling and oil seed crushing, We supply a full range of non-grain feed ingredients to the feed and fuel markets, alongside a comprehensive range of seed and fertilisers

Would you like to join our Accounts team based at Hemswell as an Accounts Assistant. This is a full time role working Monday to Friday from 08.30-17.00 with one hour for lunch.

Your Responsibilities & Role Purpose

  • Data entry of weight information for customers on a daily basis from reports.
  • Chasing hauliers for outstanding weights to be posted and entering information.
  • Processing new accounts and account amendments
  • Main contact for dealing with supplier queries
  • Scanning tickets and invoices
  • Answering the phone
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
  • Organising recycling and office/stationery supplies
  • Any other reasonable tasks requested

Your Profile

  • Excellent communication skills being able to interact and build relationships both internally and externally.
  • Experienced in the use of Microsoft IT software - Outlook, Word, Excel utilising skills into using bespoke systems.
  • Previous accounts experience preferred, although not essential.
  • Ability to engage with others, being a strong team player.
  • Good timekeeping skills with a can do attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
