**Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Advisor to join our team on a hybrid basis in Northampton. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work independently from home as well as from our office when required.

**Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
  • Stay updated with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.

**Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
  • Must have access to a reliable computer and a high-speed internet connection.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work from home and commute to our Northampton office as required.
