Description
- Maximising sales and margins for your channel through effective negotiation.
- Developing and implementing long-term Joint Business Plans to secure incremental growth that is ahead of the Category.
- Effectively using Category and Shopper insight to build customer proposals that excite our Customers and inspire them into action.
- Networking extensively within the channel across all relevant departments (internal & external), developing positive working relationships that deliver tangible results.
- Developing KPI's for the channel to deliver improved volume, value, profit, market share, distribution, space and display.
- Ensuring accurate forecasting by liaising with Customer Services, Demand and Supply Planning to maximise on-going availability.
- Managing promotional activity by owning the planning, delivery, and post evaluation of promotions. Recommending any improvements to deliver a better return on future promotional investment.
Profile
A successful Senior NAM should have:
- Proven experience at NAM or SNAM level in grocery
- Experience working in FMCG, beauty a bonus but not essential
- Ability to work cross-functionally with category, marketing demand planning teams
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
Job Offer
- A competitive salary range of £65,000 - £75,000 per year
