Konker
is recruiting an Architectural Technician to join a leading Architectural practice based in Dartmouth or Salcombe.
This RIBA practice focuses on luxury high-end residential projects but also manages house extensions, new builds, and small-scale housing developments (up to 20 houses) in the South Devon region.
Although they appreciate working in-house, they offer flexible working hours – with most staff now working 3 days at home, 2 days in the office.
Salary:
£25k - £33k (DOE).
The Position: Architectural Technician
- Technical detailing
- Contemporary designs
- Building regulation packages
- Produce drawings and specifications
- Liaise and work closely with different clients, contractors and consultants.
