Are you a talented Publishing Officer, looking for an exciting opportunity in Westminster? Look no further! We have a fantastic role available for a �? Temporary Publishing Officer �? to join our client's dynamic team.
�? Our client is an organisation based in Westminster, dedicated to delivering high-quality editorial, marketing, and communications content. They are seeking a skilled individual to support their Publishing team in a range of exciting tasks and ensure seamless collaboration with the Digital Communications team.
?? What you will be doing:
- Compiling, editing, and checking copy for digital and print publications, including app, e-mail, and full-colour booklets.
- Managing projects for new multi-component resources, overseeing print, online, and audio elements.
- Proofreading new digital and print titles across various subject areas.
- Preparing and checking scripts for audio recording, coordinating with the Audio Producer.
- Accurately inputting content into Content Management Systems and other databases.
- Assisting with the uploading and tagging of video/audio content for web and app purposes.
- Conducting picture research and various administrative tasks.
�? Essentials:
- Excellent written communication skills, with strong grammar and copy-editing abilities.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work to multiple deadlines.
- Proven experience in publishing editorial content in a digital or blended environment.
- Familiarity with web editing and Content Management Systems.
?? This is a temporary position, offering a competitive salary of £22 - £26 per hour. You will be working Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5.30 pm, in a friendly and professional environment.
