Our client is a landscaping company based on the outskirts of Coventry. They are looking to recruit a
Temporary Warehouse Operative
to work with them for around 4 – 6 weeks leading to a permanent role for the successful candidate. The working hours are 11 AM – 8 PM, Monday to Friday. The role will involve a wide range of duties from picking and packing to yard work. The ideal candidate would be someone with previous experience working in a similar role however this is not essential and as long as you have a ‘can do' attitude with a willingness to work as a team then my client would be interested.
Please note that this a temporary position with the expectation for the last 4 – 6 weeks during the company's busy period. Due to the location of the role, you would need your own form of transport.
Main Responsibilities
- Order picking.
- Packing & despatch work.
- Goods inwards work.
- Warehouse & yard duties, tidying & housekeeping.
- Other duties as required.
Key Skills
- Loyal, honest and enthusiastic character.
- Willingness to do what's asked and be easy to work within a team.
- Physically fit for a fast-paced demanding day.
- Able to cope with deadlines and targets.
Additional Information
- You will need a driver's license and transport.
- Temporary to permanent opportunity.
- £14 per hour pay, 30minute unpaid break.
