Job Title: Office Administrator (Permanent)
Salary: £23,400 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Thursday: 8am - 4:30pm, Friday 8am- 3:30pm)

Job Description:
SF Recruitment are seeking a dedicated and organised Office Administrator to join our fantastic clients team on a permanent basis. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing comprehensive administrative support, and assisting with basic accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing daily administrative tasks, including general filing and document management.
- Creating and maintaining inspection reports.
- Handling sales invoices and assisting with other accounts-related tasks.
- Utilising Excel for data entry, reporting, and analysis.
- Providing support to other departments as needed to ensure overall office efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role.
- Basic accounts experience, particularly with sales invoices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
