Software Developer - Cramlington - GBP £35,000 - £45,000 DOE
I have just partnered with a growing start-up based in the North East, this company's mission is to firmly establish itself as the go-to provider within their space!
Due to business growth, they're looking for a Software Developer with at least 3+ years of commercial experience with Python to join their technical team and help them migrate over to an enterprise solution from the prototype.

This role requires you to be on-site for the first few months, you will then have the opportunity to work on either a hybrid or remote basis. You will need to live and have the full right to work in the UK!
Key Skills:
- Technical knowledge of - _Python_and Cloud-based tech (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Knowledge of _MongoDB_or SQL Server
- Proficiency in scripting with _Bash_or Kerl
- Minimum 2 years in commercial Development experience
- Prior exposure to working on migration projects
- Terraform
- _Bitbucket_or Git
- Experience working on enterprise solutions is highly beneficial
- Experience building test scripts using TDD is highly beneficial
Responsibilities:
- Takes a disciplined approach to software development in all stages - analysis, build, test, and support - using best practices
- Develop and maintain applications using Python technologies
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Perform TDD testing to ensure quality
- Ensure the applications are responsive, fast, and user-friendly
- Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is highly desired but not essential
- At least 3+ years of experience as a Software Developer
- Strong knowledge of Python
- Have a good knowledge of responsive development
- Familiarity with the Git version control system
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
