Senior Accounting Consultant - 3-4 month contract - £300-£400 per day
Scope
Short term role required to support the finance team and senior management for a period of potentially up to 3 months through the Financial Onboarding exercise following significant private equity investment.
As Senior Accounting Consultant your key responsibilities will include:
- Support month end process to help shorten the timeline to get to the target 5 days.
- Clean up base ledgers - AP/AR/Fixed assets.
- Reconciliation of management accounts / ledger reports.
- Work on linking projects account reports to ledgers.
- Support with thirteen-week cashflow model.
- Co-ordination between other members of the finance team to implement new / best practice processes.
- Ad hoc support with other areas of the financial reporting as and if necessary.
Minimum of 4 days on site to ensure effective use of skills and communication with team / other parties in organisation
