Level 3 Early Years Practitioner required for a full-time position in Torbay. The Nursery is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic educator to join their team. The Nursery is part of an established Primary school located in Paignton.

Requirements:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
- Experience supporting a nursery and/or primary school setting
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and colleagues
- Passion for supporting the learning and development of young learners
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
- Provide one-on-one support to students as needed
- Help create a positive and supportive learning environment
- Contribute to the planning and preparation of learning activities
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour support
