Learning & Development Manager

About the Role

  • As a Learning and Development Manager, you will be responsible for creating and leading a training and development plan aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Your focus will be on identifying current and future skills gaps and implementing flexible learning interventions to meet business needs.
  • You will also play a key role in our grow our own strategy by developing programs for early careers and upskilling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct annual training needs analysis and develop a comprehensive Training Plan.
  • Oversee the training competency and skills matrix.
  • Manage and facilitate all training requests and relationships with external partners.
  • Support in-house and external development and training from workforce to leadership levels.
  • Manage the training budget and relationships with relevant organizations, colleges, and universities.
  • Advise trainees on suitable qualification routes and manage professional/academic qualifications policies.
  • Facilitate initiatives linked to employment and skills, job fairs, and employability programs.

About You

  • Ideally, you will have previous experience in a similar role and be motivated, with exceptional communication and relationship building skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are crucial, along with high energy and a hands-on approach.
