Your new role
Your new role, working from home 4-5 days per week, will require you to carry out the full disrepair process. You will produce scott schedules and carry out joint inspections.
Candidates with expert witness experience would be preferred.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you'll need experience in a similar role carrying out the above duties. You'll be available to start within 2 weeks and have a full driving licence.
What you'll get in return
Business mileage is paid at 0.45p per mile. A competitive hourly rate is paid as a gross payment outside IR35.
