Fine Art Customer Care Associate - Hybrid

My client are a global, successful fine art logistics provider looking for an experience Customer Care Associate to join their expanding team. You MUST have previous experience within the fine art shipping industry for your application to be successful. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading company with exciting benefits available.

Daily duties will include:

  • Acting as main point of contact for clients including Galleries and Auction houses, managing their specific requests and expectations during shipments
  • Managing client requests
  • Quotations and pricing
  • Tracking shipments and proactively updating clients
  • Developing client relationships
  • Liaising with relevant teams

Experience needed:

  • Minimum 3 years shipping experience managing client relationships for fine arts ESSENTIAL
  • Previous experience working for a fine art handler or similar i.e galleries, museums
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written English
  • Strong PC Skills

Working hours:

  • Monday - Friday 0900am - 1730pm, 3 days working from home after probation period.
