Three Bridges Recruitment are continuing to work closely with an esteemed charitable organisation based in Glasgow. This organisation are very well known and offer a fantastic, unique, working environment. They are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO, Board and Senior Management Team with minute taking, diary organisation and relationship management. The ideal candidate will be proactive, a great communicator both spoken and written, able to take the same manner whether speaking to a member of the board or an external assistant.

Job

The role of Executive Assistant will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:

  • Providing high quality and proactive support to the Board, CEO and Senior Management Team
  • Maintaining good governance and accountability
  • Minute taking in senior meetings
  • Managing confidential administrative support functions
  • Assisting in the preparation of briefings, reports, and papers
  • Liaising with various stakeholders
  • Ensuring efficient arrangement and documentation for meetings
  • Conducting research for reports and presentations
  • Representing the organisation professionally at all times
  • Administrative management of corporate records and documents

You

As an Executive Assistant you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:

  • Understanding of board governance, minutes, and CEO support
  • Experience in providing executive support in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and remote working technologies
  • Exceptional written communication and minute-taking skills
  • Superb organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Resilience in handling varying workloads and priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking capabilities

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with charity regulations and GDPR legislation
  • Experience in managing board/committee meetings and upholding governance standards
