New Business Executive

We are proud to be working with a fast-growing Telecoms company, based in Northamptonshire.

Poised for significant growth in 2024, we are looking for a dynamic, New Business Executive to embrace their obsession with customer acquisition and help deliver the next chapter in their story. This is a Work from Home position.

You will take responsibility for booking appointments for our sales team and MD, by building strong relationships with prospects and finding out their hosted telecoms requirements. You will be working within a knowledgeable team environment and be required to gel well with other tremendously driven individuals to deliver on sales targets on your own and as part of a team.

KPI's will play an important role within your day-to-day activity as you will be required to ensure the company delivers service effectively & profitably, whilst ensuring their DNA and culture shines through each pitch.

Responsibilities:

The New Business Executive is responsible for maintaining high standards within the department and over achievement of KPI standards.

  • Delivering on personal performance in line with your targets
  • Presenting your business on a weekly basis to management
  • Management of time to ensure maximum impact/penetration in the role
  • Self-teaching regularly on techniques to improve you in your role
  • Detailed fact finding and diary management
  • Pipeline sheet updated daily for purpose of feedback/forecasting/reporting
  • Generate leads for products in our portfolio
  • 100+ calls per day

Experience/Requirements:

  • Cold calling experience preferred / SDR / Telesales
  • Based in Northampton/Surrounding Areas

Qualifications:

  • Full driving licence
