Supplier & Membership Executive Sports Industry

An exciting role within the sports industry assisting the Head of Supplier Partnerships and Head of Membership Services in the development and continual growth of both the group's membership and supplier partnerships.

This is a graduate / entry level position into a well established organisation in the sports industry that offers exciting progression and development. The role is based in the High Wycombe office, Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4pm. Starting salary £24,000 + 5% bonus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and develop relationships with partner suppliers through key retail projects
  • Requesting and collating assets from partner suppliers
  • Creation and dispatch of the weekly trade newsletter
  • Responsible for taking incoming enquiries by phone and email
  • Responsible for managing and taking orders
  • Ensuring admin and management systems are updated on a regular basis
  • Support with events administration
  • Provide assistance to members through phone call campaigns

Key Requirements

  • Keen interest in sports, interest in golf is beneficial
  • Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Microsoft packages)
  • Ability to plan and work months in advance
  • Ability to learn and take guidance on new products and services
  • Excellent time management
  • Fine attention to detail
