SALES OFFICE MANAGER

Location: Derbyshire | Salary range: 50-55k

This company is a leading provider of hire industry products and services, with a strong focus on delivering customer service excellence. They are looking for an individual with an impressive track record in selling hire industry products and services, who can work with a team of internal sales representatives to achieve growth and hit sales targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDED:

  • Successfully manage the sales team to achieve growth and hit sales targets
  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence
  • Manage recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of internal sales representatives
  • Support external sales in breaking into new markets
  • Complete paperwork thoroughly and accurately
  • Comply with and embrace the company's Health & Safety culture and policies
  • Understand and comply with all relevant Company rules, agreements, policies, procedures and with all relevant legislative requirements and codes of practice
  • Build, manage and maintain a substantial pipeline and ensure that all pipeline activity is accurately documented and kept up to date in Salesforce

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

  • High level of drive, energy, and initiative; entrepreneurial, proactive, focused, tenacious, committed, and with high standards
  • Relevant experience selling in the hire industry products and services with an impressive track record
  • Excellent listening, negotiating, influencing, and closing skills
  • Numerate and literate with excellent communication skills. Able to deliver clear and concise ideas to internal and external stakeholders and produce top quality written proposals and presentations
  • Analytical, with the ability to interpret information, news, data, and research quickly - and distil the most important/relevant
  • Desire to lead, influence, and coach others
