Job Description:
- Providing support to computer system users with both hardware and software problems
- Maintaining the current system alongside upgrading of systems when required.
- Database administration will be involved
- Deploying and managing IT Projects on time to budget and specification
- Alignment of systems in accordance with the IT Security best practice

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Proven experience supporting IT hardware and software problems (Including TCP/IP networking, Wi-Fi Networking alongside hardware configurations)
- Experience with Microsoft Office including MS access
- Personable approach to support
