SF Recruitment are currently recruiting a Finance Assistant for a Telecoms business based in Nottingham (NG4) on a permanent basis.
The Finance Assistant will provide support to the finance team in the delivery of the organisation's financial accounting function. The ability to work co-operatively and effectively by providing timely accurate reports and information.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Importing sales invoices from our bespoke system into Sage
- Posting purchases invoices into Sage
- Raising credits
- Reconciling the monthly credit card
- Commissions check
- Identifying and correcting partner commissions
- Handling incoming calls and queries from partners
- Analysis of commissions data
- Processing expenses
- Credit Control
- Raising manual invoices
- Monitoring commercial viability of sales
KEY SKILLS:
- Experience of working in accounts/admin office
- Strong Excel skills and experience using Sage Line 50
