E-COMMERCE MANAGER
The E-commerce Manager supports the Digital Director and Head of E-commerce, focusing on three main areas:

  1. Managing e-commerce clients, ensuring all related deliverables and responsibilities are met.
  2. Overseeing web design and build projects, ensuring they run smoothly, efficiently, on budget, and on time.
  3. Auditing, scoping, authoring, and delivering digital strategies to achieve client objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and manage both annual and day-to-day e-commerce strategies for clients.
  • Lead internal teams to execute cross-channel campaigns.
  • Oversee and maintain website content, visual merchandising, and product setup.
  • Identify, brief, and test web development tasks to enhance features and performance.
  • Produce e-commerce channel P&L statements.
  • Identify digital opportunities and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Use Google Analytics to shape e-commerce strategies.
  • Generate daily trading and monthly performance reports.
  • Conduct weekly competitor audits.
  • Ensure web design and build projects are on time, on budget, and efficient.
  • Enforce development workflow processes.
  • Act as a liaison between the development team and client services.
  • Perform SWOT analysis of client's digital operations to provide strategic recommendations

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficient in core digital marketing channels including email marketing, paid search, display advertising, social media, and affiliate marketing.
  • Experienced with open-source platforms like Shopify and WordPress.
  • Skilled in using Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram for business purposes.
  • Excellent writing skills, adaptable messaging, and strong presentation abilities.
  • Numerate with experience in data manipulation and reporting using Microsoft Excel.
  • Capable of forward planning and prioritizing workload based on business needs.
  • Great communication skills, ability to excite and convince clients, and adept at understanding client expectations.
  • Uses initiative to solve problems, seeks challenges, and engages with the wider account team.
  • Keeps up to date with digital industry trends, product updates, and technological advances.
