Description
A varied Accounts Assistant role where you'll be a key hire to the business where you will be managing a wide range of accounting duties including :
- Prepare and post invoices, refunds and other standard bookkeeping tasks.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Prepare, track, and reconcile ledgers and budgets.
- Identify and correct miscalculations and financial discrepancies.
- Develop and streamline operational efficiencies.
- Supporting of Credit Control and helping to reduce aged debt
Profile
As an Accounts Assistant, you will have the following experience
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software applications.
- Outstanding mathematical skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- The ability to manage time and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
