Warehouse / Production Operator

- Hours: 35-40 per week

What You'll Be Doing:
- Lifting items between 10kg and 20kg, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Exhibiting meticulous attention to detail, especially when checking and scanning labels.
- Operating within a cleanroom environment, adhering to strict protocols.
- Following instructions carefully and reporting any issues to management.
- Committing to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
- Labelling and packing products with care.
- Maintaining equipment according to set procedures.
- Taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Keeping on top of stock control and performing accurate calculations.
- Ensuring the workspace is clean, organised, and compliant with Health & Safety regulations.
We're Looking for Someone With:
- A background in Warehouse or Production work.
- Strong mathematical skills for precise calculations.
- Proven data entry experience with a focus on accuracy.
- Solid IT skills for managing digital records.
- The ability to stick to tight schedules and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to troubleshoot.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
