Brand Specialist Role:
- Build rapport and develop relationships with all customers, understanding their needs and interests
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities, working closely with the sales team to convert leads into sales
- Conduct product demonstrations, test drives and presentations to showcase the performance of our products
- Deliver in-depth product knowledge confidently to guide the customer through the operation of their new vehicle
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions and competitor activity to provide valuable insights and maintain a competitive edge
- Work with colleagues and other teams across the dealership to provide continuous improvement and seamless service to customers.
Brand Specialist Requirements:
