Internal Sales Representative | B2B | up to £35k base | 10% to 15% bonus | hybrid | progression to field-based sales

We are looking for an Internal Sales Representative to join a prestigious company with a 50-year history and a turnover of 320m EUR, who supply technical textiles into manufacturers and designers. This role is ideal for a proactive salesperson who is organised, is not afraid to pick up the phone, and enjoys developing customer relationships.

Salary: Up to £35k base salary plus quarterly performance bonus (10 to 15%)

Location: Hamilton, Leicester – hybrid (with 1 day at home)

Duration: Full-time

Day to day of the role:

  • Searching for new business opportunities by inbound leads, websites and the customer database.
  • Support customers base with prices, product range offer, training, technical support and any other needs.
  • Identify correct decision makers within target customers.
  • Developing customer database on Sage.
  • Take full ownership of accounts.
  • Collaborate with an experienced and stable UK team, whilst also working independently.
