This business is a rapidly expanding b2b event and information company who host senior leadership summits focused on scaling science-based solutions to the climate crisis.

They're only 18 months old, but they've already made an astounding impact. Last year, they launched two brand new events in London and New York which both sold out without ANY marketing spend. Since then, they've been growing the series globally, launching a new event in climate adaptation, and building a platform to support the industry at large.

THE ROLE

They are now on the lookout for a passionate and self-motivated Delegate Sales Manager to join a growing team. Reporting to the CEO, you will play a crucial role at the forefront of the brand by driving event attendance, product engagement and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Delegate sales strategy by handling in-bound delegate inquiries and conducting outbound sales campaigns based upon intelligent and in-depth research.
  • Curating each event audience through ensuring high-seniority and balanced industry representation.
  • Processing delegate transactions, ticket swaps and attendance policies, and providing ongoing support to delegates leading up to the summit.
  • Generating first-hand primary research of industry direction, client values and organisational needs.
  • Working closely with partnership, marketing, conference production and product teams to share invaluable insights and ensure cohesiveness to our community.
  • Supporting individuals in leveraging the company's services to drive climate impact and achieve key objectives
  • Collaborating with the team during the event across a variety of jobs to ensure a smooth and effective event.
  • Networking with target clients to build relationships to drive repeat custom or upselling opportunities.

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have previous B2B sales, client engagement and customer services experience. The role will suit someone who thrives on building relationships, fostering collaboration and driving meaningful change.

The role is full time with international travel.
