We have an opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor based in Oxford for one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis. Our client is a reputable and well-established contractor who are looking to expand their team.
Responsibilities of the Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Act as lead quantity surveyor
- Manage commercial resources
- Procurement to final accounts
- Mitigate risks
- Assess and value subcontractor accounts
- Cash forecasting
Requirements for a successful Senior Quantity Surveyor
- HND or equivalent qualification in quantity surveying or construction management
- Minimum 5 years' proven quantity surveying experience working for a principal contractor
- Ability to control subcontract packages from enquiry through to final account
- Strong IT skills with proficiency in Office365
- Excellent time management and organisational skills

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 Plus car/allowance
Location: Oxford
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours, Monday - Friday
