Join a forward thinking flexible law firm, where you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload and working collaboratively as a team.
You will be responsible for:
- mentoring and supporting junior staff members
- Administer all aspects of Residential Conveyancing, conducting due diligence in all areas of processing a residential property transaction.
- Demonstrate current practical knowledge of the law related to residential property transactions, including Leaseholds, Freeholds, Registered and Unregistered Properties, and various transaction types (sales, purchase, re-mortgage, new build, right to buy, help to buy, shared ownership, lease extensions, deeds of variation, etc.).
- Progress client matters efficiently, ensuring files are organised and maintained in good order.
