On behalf of our clients we are seeking and experienced sales negotiator to join the team in their Marton office in North Yorkshire.
The role is can be either 4 or 5 days per week.
Key Duties
Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion.
Arranging & attending viewings.
Generating market appraisals.
Answering incoming calls & replying to emails.
Dealing with day to day office tasks and administration
Selling additional services within the business.
Composing professional property brochures & photographs (training provided).
Using the mailing register to generate viewings.
Dealing with rental and property maintenance enquiries.
Skills required
Excellent telephone manner.
IT literate.
Ability to work efficiently & accurately in a busy sales environment.
Excellent presentation skills (written & verbally) with attention to detail.
Ability to use own initiative when working alone or part of a team.
To maintain a professional and dynamic attitude at all times.
Reliable, responsible and trustworthy.
Clean Full UK Driving licence.
Minimum 3 years' experience in Estate Agency.
Working hours Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm. Saturday 9:00am - 12:30pm noon (rota)
