Finance Assistant

£22,000 to £28,000 DOE
My award-winning client are looking for a highly motivated, focused, deadline driven individual with high attention to detail to join their team as a Finance Assistant.
The role is full time Monday to Friday 9am till 5.30pm and requires someone who has worked as a finance assistant.

The successful candidate will:
- Have experience working as a finance assistant.
- Experience in SAGE 50
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Be a UK resident currently residing in Norwich area.
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Have experience in preparing end of month finance reports.
You must meet the above requirements to be considered for the role.
The role will include but not be limited to:
- Preparation of VAT returns
- Monthly bank reconciliations
- Preparation of month end management accounts and other financial reports
- Posting transactions to SAGE 50 and job costing system
- Budgetholder reports
- Preparation of regular cashflow forecast.
- Fixed asset register maintenance
- Balance sheet reconciliations
