The Role:
As the successful Planning Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in managing a caseload, incorporating a full range of Planning matters, including:
- Highways and planning agreements
- Planning due diligence
- Planning appeals
- Planning enforcement
Opportunity to be involved with business development and marketing activities, collaborating with senior staff on complex cases.
About You:
Ideal for legal professionals with a strong background in Planning , likely suitable for candidates from 3-8 PQE and are comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Key attributes include good attention to detail, adept problem-solving skills, and a strong commercial acumen.
