Contract role -- Finance Crime BA/Business Analyst - Hybrid/Northampton - 06 months contract - Inside IR35
We are seeking Finance Crime BA/Business Analyst (Banking) to work for one of our financial services customers with strong acumen in Financial Crime, KYC, AML and Sanctions area.

- Location:** Hybrid/Northampton (2 days onsite a week)**
- Job type: Contract - Inside IR35
- Duration: 06 months contract
- Financial Crime, KYC, AML and Sanctions experience as a BA/ Business Analyst
- Banking/Financial Services background
- Proven experience in change management. Experience with leading and implementing change within operational environments, has the ability to track and monitor changes to processes effectively.
- Strong Process and Project Management skills. experienced with managing end to end change projects, such as developing and implementing changes to training materials, support documentation and other resources to ensure a smooth operational transition.
- Stakeholder Management Skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to engage, influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders at various levels.
- Driven and Proactive - Ability to quickly adapt to business environment and changes, deliver results quickly.
- Comprehensive documentation skills. Expertise in creating, updating and maintaining detailed documentation that supports process changes and ensures that all relevant teams are well informed and equipped for success
