My client is seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor/ HR Manager to join one of their busy sites based near Bracknell- As one of the top performing education establishments within the MAT, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the on-site HR function.

Please note-

  • - This role is 100% on-site.
  • - Sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • - Candidates need to be based in the UK.

Salary for this role is to £37,00.

The duties for this role include, but are not limited to

  • - Providing the on-site HR provision
  • - Managing ER for the whole staff
  • - Report to a Regional HR Manager for support as needed.
  • - Oversight of all recruitment- process from advert to day 1
  • - Payroll management, in conjunction with the finance team
  • - Co-ordinate staff training in relation to HR.
  • - Manage two HR colleagues.

The ideal candidate for this role-

  • - Has worked in HR within an education organisation.
  • - Is CIPD Level 3 or 5 Qualified
  • - Possesses a strong grounding in UK HR law.
  • - Working knowledge of relevant HR issues
  • - Is an outstanding communicator.
