Day to Day of the Role:
- Engage with key children, documenting their development and supporting their learning in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with a small group of families, becoming a trusted figure in their lives.
- Ensure the health and safety of the nursery environment, providing a secure space for children to learn and play.
- Create a warm and inclusive atmosphere where children, parents, and colleagues can thrive and collaborate.
- Utilise your passion for early childhood education to inspire and guide our children towards their full potential.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Childcare or equivalent qualification.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and a commitment to their development.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with families.
- A proactive approach to learning and professional development.
- An Enhanced DBS check will be required as part of our commitment to child safety.
