Description
- Maintain the purchase ledger
- Bank reconciliation
- Ensure timely payment of invoices
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Work closely with the finance team and suppliers
- Handle supplier queries
- Adhere to all financial procedures and policies
Profile
A successful Purchase Ledger should have:
- Experience in a finance role, ideally in a Not For Profit organisation
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills
